In order to understand the Firestarter concept, here is a little background about fire.
Oxygen, fuel, and heat are commonly referred to as the "fire triangle."
Oxygen is free and it is available to all of us. In this case, it represents the oppportunity we all have to succeed.
Fuel exists in all of us to some degree. This is the basic talent and intellect to achieve some level of success. But even with it, people dont succeed.
Heat, the most important ingredient, is needed to raise the fuel to a combustible temperature in the presence of oxygen. In other words, a spark is required to ignite the fuel and start the chemical reaction.
